Recipe - Parchment paper fish

 


Cooking fish in parchment paper is one of the easiest ways to create a healthy, and simple and low-mess meal! 


  1. Make a piece of parchment about 14" long (by the width of the roll of parchment paper)
  2. Preheat and oven (or toaster oven) to 400*F
  3. Place a piece of fish with vegetables and/or seasoning, and tuck in the sides of the parchment paper to retain the moisture. 
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes and enjoy!
