Recipe: Oven Ribs

 

I don't know why I don't do ribs at home more often. That's a lot more meat than you'd get in a restaurant for the price of a whole rack (not saying it isn't worth it for the time put in!). 

Was watching a video on some KC Style cooking, so I made a dry rub (just picking ingredients out of my cupboard and adding by smell) and rubbed it all over my St. Louis style ribs





Now, here is where my plans went off the rails. 

Remember folks, if you want to cook ribs on the grill... 



KEEP GAS IN THE GRILL! Ha!

I took these inside, put foil over the top, and finished at 225* for around 4 hours in the oven. 

I assumed we would want some sauce to finish these off with, but, turns out the meat was great with just the rub.
